damn did anyone noticed the prelude on the userrides? I mean the guy got 375 HP out of a prelude.
How is this possible? Sadly in the description there are not details on engine mods but its a 92 Prelude. I'M from germany and I know preludes with 105HP and even the 87 Prelude 2.0i with about 140 HP. I looked for wikipedia and could find only the 2.0 16V version with 160 HP but sold only in Japan. So what did this guy do? Turbocharge?

This prelude is sick. I think he did a complete engine job. I'm not sure but I think the only way he could get 370+ HP is with a turbo and I'm sure for that. If so this ride runs like hell.
I like the way it looks. White Prelude with a carbon hood looks great. It definitely looks like a sleeper if turbocharged ;)

Alot of work and still more to come, but the credit does'nt go to me.I got a buddy(jay) his knowlege with cars is awsome.I was just taking my lude in for a upgrade chip, the next thing i know we were talking about engine swap and turbo etc..Nothing easy on this 92 lude wire harness problems, relays burning out,ECU's not working a nightmare, but now the outcome is worth it.He open a whole diff world to me and i would'nt change anything(imports are amazing)

Just one question. How do you come with the idea to turbocharge it? I saw some quite cool preludes here in spain but people usually are going for a chip upgrade or maybe a complete engine swap but not really for turbocharger. You maybe have changed crankshaft and the complete ventiles due to the higher pressure? how many bars does it have now?

Respect on turbocharging a 2.0 Prelude bro

The thought of supercharge did cross our minds ,but jay told me we needed to go turbo so he started ordering what we need from japan motor ,lsd tranny,Greddy turbo. With the math of everything 375 hp is pretty close but we are setting up time for dyno. We will be taking pics and video and i think he will be taking his ride to not sure, but for now we run it on low boost(6lbs)

I have to say I love Hondas because I Honda seems to be able to produce cars without turbos and still got very good power, imagine of the S2000 with 2.0l engine getting 240HP or the Integra Type-R getting from 1.8l engine about 190HP that means they get +100 HP per liter. But what you did with your Prelude is really great work. You seem to know what you are doing and have a clear target in mind. Thats all about.
Dude keep up the great work on your lude. Its sick ;)
