To all the regular visitors of this site. It's time to get some more action in here . I have much to do so time is my greatest enemy these days. Google statistics show that this site has about 20-30 unique visitors the day so efford was worth. I want to encourage all of you to help me find some nice cars to feature on this site. You see the great Nissan 300ZX and you like it? You also like the Miata of Bernard? Then go out there ask your friends if they allow you to include some pics with some words to get featured here. Getting featured here has also some benefits. Search engine friendly urls allow you to create a ride profile here and link to it from every forum. Also the some good search results in google, yahoo and lycos ;) Interested? Then drop me some lines at dimi@codejdm.net or just register here in the forums and talk to me.

Hi all. I updated this site and added a blog to it. The blog can be found here: http://www.codejdm.net/Blog.aspx.  Also some changes on the forums where done so that google & co can easily grab our posts and tag it right.
The blog already contains some old posts from the original blog at http://www.dgrigoriadis.net/ where I deleted the entries. Another update was done on the administration module.
If some day we got regular traffic here we can "upgrade" some users to moderators so you people can easily create own articles and news and moderate the forums.
Some work has to be done but I should soon be through the whole site. Stay udpated....

Ladies and gentlemen, finally the user rides section is "nearly" finished. It's working good. There are quite some bugs (maybe) but you are able now to post your ride with pictures and a description and get rated and commented by other members. While working on this I had to make some changes to the database so I saw that some of you posted earlier their rides. Sadly those rides had to be deleted due to changes to the database structure. I would like to encourage you to add your rides again, sorry for that guys.

Of course some work has to be done additionally but I'm close to make it perfect. Please feel free to make comments, to report bugs and/or ideas and enhancements.
What is cool on the user ride feature of this site is that every ride has it's own url describing in clear text the content site. Another nice feature is the "add this" button which enables you to post your ride on facebook, dig.it or any social bookmarking service or just send it via email. The meta tags of the rides have additional data, so that your ride will be listed in search engines.

As I said, I think this is a very complete section now and close to finish. And the features included are more than you can find on many other professional community sites.
So use it, post your ride and share it with your friends.

remade my ride to test out the system... only found one bug, once you select a pic it wont let you re-edit and upload more pics

I visited the user rides link and posted for the two rides there. What I can say is that this section is great fun. You people should make some pics of your rides and post it. it's really fun for me. Ok I'm a grandpa compared to you guys but I'll make some shots of my old lady and post it. It's worth. Dimi and turboz32 ---> great work guys.
